Shipping Rates and Options

--Better Bake Cookie Dough Shipping Terms and conditions--

The Better Bake Cookie Doughs are a perishable product that requires expedited shipping as they need to be kept at a refrigerated temperature. If your shopping cart contains Better Bakes you must select an expedited shipping method at checkout. We recommend 2nd-Day Air or Next Day Air on all Better Bake shipments however during the winter months we will also allow 3-day Select though do not recommend this option if you live in a warm climate.

All Better Bake Shipments are shipped in Insulated shipping boxes with Ice packs. you will get the most for your shipping dollars if you select at least 6 packages of Dough

All shipping methods, including Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd-day Air and Next Day Air Saver are calculated based on weight and destination. See the chart below for approximate base level shipping costs.

Do you have a minimum order size?

There is no minimum order size. However, with cookie dough orders, we strongly recommend purchasing at least 6 packages of cookie dough to make the most of your shipping dollars. please see our dough shipping terms and conditions above.

How will I know that my order has been received and shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit your order from CustomerCare@ImmaculateBakingShop.com. When your order ships, you will receive a second email that includes a tracking number so you may track the progress of your order.

What will appear on my credit card statement?
You will see a charge from “FamousFoods” on your monthly statement.

Your order is processed immediately and usually shipped (M-F) within 24 hours in most cases. Many times your order is shipped the same day we receive it.

Will I be able to track the progress of my shipment?
Yes! You will receive an email to let you know that we have received and are preparing your order for shipment. As soon as your package leaves our building you will receive another email with a tracking number to allow you to track your cookies as they make their way to your doorstep.

How long will it take to process my order before it is shipped?
We make every effort to ship your order within one business day, many times orders received in the morning are shipped out the same day we receive them.

How long will it take for my package to arrive once it has left your warehouse?

Return Policy

A problem with your order?
In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if the product received was defective or damaged please contact our Customer Service Department immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. 1-866-646-4266 (toll free)

How do I return a package?
If you need to return your merchandise, please contact us within 10 days of receipt by calling    1-866-646-4266 or by emailing CustomerCare@ImmaculateBakingShop.com. Our customer service department will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to ship your merchandise back to us for a prompt refund.

We offer a 10-DAY return policy on all of our products in new and unused condition for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. (If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund). For your protection, please ship the item, along with a copy of the packing slip, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address.
